Instructions for posting onto this blog:

The process for posting your blog is aslo very simple, just like you are writing an email on the web.

1. Go to http://www.blogger.com/ and login
2. After you have logged in you will see the different blog pages available
3. Choose the appropriate page to which you want upload content
4. Then next page will show you a list of postings which you could edit or you can decide to create a new post.
5. Click on "Create a new post" and it will bring you to a page where you can cut and paste your posting.
6. The simple menu bar at the top of the message box allows you to do simple formating to your posting.
7. You can also insert a URL link or a picture or attach a document using the menu bar.
8. If you are inserting a picture or document, please remember to pre-fix your files with year_month_filename.doc e.g. 2004_09_filename.jpg. This will help us to keep the website neat and easy to manage.
9. Click on "Publish Post" and you will see the page being published. Wait for the process to complete.
10. Click on "View Page" to see if your posting has been published.
11. Remember to "Sign Out" when you are done.

If you made a mistake, do not panic. Just repeat steps 2-4 and then choose the "Edit" or "Delete" button beside article that you want to edit. Remember, you can only edit or delete your own postings.

Do not be afraid to experiment with the blogging machine. Practice and get comfortable with it and you will agree with me that its as easy as writing an email on the web.
